Transaction-orientated, Lynn is experienced in advising across sectors such as healthcare, street lighting, waste and education and deals predominantly with Project Agreement, FM and corporate aspects of such transactions.

In addition to her NPD and PFI/PPP experience, Lynn has been involved in transactional due diligence in relation to secondary market PFI/PPP and oil and gas transactions.

Lynn’s experience includes advising NHS Lothian on the RHSC & DCN project for a new sick children’s hospital in Edinburgh.
